You Play You Pay!

Where do I begin... Before Chad left for camp a few weeks ago, I had told him to remember that he is no longer a teenager. I received a call from him (while he was at camp) that started like this "now, don't be mad but..." and he continued on to tell me that he was playing softball and was caught between 1st and 2nd base so he had to dive, yes I did say Dive, for the base to keep from getting out. Caleb said he looked like an airplane crashing. Anyways, he continued on to tell me that he believes he may have torn his rotator cuff.
Okay, so today (2 weeks later) he finally gets in to see the ortho. The good news is that the rotator cuff is intact, the bad news is that he fractured the top of his arm!! Can you believe it? He's been cleaning the house, hammering on the swingset, carrying Matthew etc... etc... for 2 weeks with a broken arm. Well he has to wear a sling for the next 5 weeks and maybe some P.T. after that, depending on how well he's doing with range of motion. Poor Chad.

You're so sympathetic Amy. LOL!!! It is crazy that it's been broken this whole time and he's been staying busy. What a Super Man he is! ;)
