Playin' Catch Up

I can't believe it's been 2 weeks since my last post. I'm sure you're all dying to know what we've been up to! Well....

We've been working on Calebs room. He wanted to have an "outer space" room. It's been a work in progress (still is). We hung a huge mural on one of the walls, there are glow in the dark planets hanging from the ceiling, and oh yeah- we painted the entire room BLACK! (even the ceiling) I got some glow in the dark paint and spent an hour painting constellations on the ceiling only to find out that night when it got dark that the paint didn't work!! Uhg! So we are now trying some neon paint that should work with a black light. (I'll let you know)

Ryan is still enjoying Kindergarten. He's now reading chapter books! Yeh Ryan! Caleb has joined Cub Scouts. They've already gone canoeing and hiking and tonight there is a family pot luck and Caleb will get his "neckerchief" (?). Matthew is still a riot. Always doing something silly.Friday we spent the evening at Chad's parents. They had this stuffed scarecrow in their swing outside. I thought the boys were going to tear it to shreds before we left. They were wrestling the thing and body slammin' him and pulling on his limbs. Let me tell ya, that was one tough scarecrow!
